Role Description

ALL APPLICANTS MUST LIVE AND WORK WITHIN 1 HOUR OF DOWNTOWN CHICAGO, IL.

Have you worked in either Salesforce or HubSpot? Or maybe even both? This is role for candidates within the Chicagoland area who is great with people and has worked within CRM (Client Relationship Management) software.

We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

Daily Functions

  • Creating a strategic framework to help clients improve their data, technology and process

  • Managing Everpeak colleagues to execute the plan on time and on budget

  • Managing client expectations

  • Working with Everpeak employees on internal projects

  • Researching, learning and trying new software and AI. Curiosity & resourcefulness are a must!

Qualifications

  • Experience in Salesforce admin. Ideally, a certification.

  • Experience working with sales and marketing teams; ideally, exposure to RevOps.

  • At least 15 hours per week available; can ramp up to whatever capacity you have (including full-time)

  • Other CRM experience (i.e. HubSpot) in addition to Salesforce is a plus

  • Clear communication skills; fluent in English

  • Comfortable with data, including excel

  • Highly organized, strategic thinker
