Your Responsibilities:
Conduct workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, …)
Understand, capture and document business objectives and requirements
Advise the client and align the business requirements to Salesforce capabilities
Design and conceptualize business solutions to match client needs Salesforce.com
Engage internal implementation team on client requirements and solution design
Define and document functional design that meets the client’s business objectives
Develop and document test scenarios and scripts for system, integration, and user testing, as well as facilitate testing activities
Create training materials and conduct training on the implemented solution
Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions
Your Profile:
Good analysis and solution designing skills
Solid foundation in core marketing principles and practices
Deep functional expertise in applications on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
Effective presentation and communication skills
Knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com consultancy required
Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in:
Consulting
Project Management
CRM
Cloud technologies
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification mandatory
At least 1-4 years of relevant working experience
Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected.
