Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, …)​

  • Understand, capture and document business objectives and requirements​

  • Advise the client and align the business requirements to Salesforce capabilities​

  • Design and conceptualize business solutions to match client needs Salesforce.com​

  • Engage internal implementation team on client requirements and solution design​

  • Define and document functional design that meets the client’s business objectives​

  • Develop and document test scenarios and scripts for system, integration, and user testing, as well as facilitate testing activities​

  • Create training materials and conduct training on the implemented solution​

  • Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions​

Your Profile:

  • Good analysis and solution designing skills​

  • Solid foundation in core marketing principles and practices​

  • Deep functional expertise in applications on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform​

  • Effective presentation and communication skills​

  • Knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com consultancy required​

  • Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in:​

    • Consulting​

    • Project Management​

    • CRM​

    • Cloud technologies​

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification mandatory​

  • At least 1-4 years of relevant working experience​

  • Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected.
