KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Try to break this into a few buckets so the job seeker can get both a quick and detailed sense of what they’ll own and focus on)

  • Develop and maintain custom applications, components, and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems, including, but not limited to:
    • SiteTracker
    • HubSpot
    • NetSuite
    • Snowflake
  • Lead solution design sessions and provide architectural input to enhance scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers (internal and external vendors) throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations by troubleshooting issues, refining workflows, and improving user experiences.
  • Utilize version control and DevOps best practices for deployment, testing, and release management.
  • Stay current with new Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements or new tools to optimize platform capabilities.
  • Additional projects as may be assigned by the Company. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and configuration tools such as Flows.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and services.
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices for Salesforce (e.g., SFDX, unlocked packages).
  • Firm grasp of Salesforce data modeling, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and security architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead code reviews, manage technical debt, and implement best practices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud. 
  • Experience in enterprise-grade Salesforce environments with complex automations.

This position will be in office (Santa Monica, CA) 4x a week.

Salary: $130,000-$160,000 | Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors, including prior relevant job experience and skill set.
