The Salesforce Developer will customize and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality code, efficient integrations, and effective technical documentation.

Salesforce Developer
Location: Burbank, CA (REMOTE)
Duration: 12 Months
Project: The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for coding, configuration, maintenance, testing, debugging, and supporting as well as managing timeline and producing technical documentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform future ready, reusable, high quality, and performant best practices configuration and code customization on the Salesforce platform, using LWC, Apex, and others as needed on the
- Salesforce platform to build highly interactive business applications to support the team's program
- Automations and test scripts for our code and our team's documentations efficiency and efficacy
- Develop and collaborate with other developers to build and maintain effective and efficient integration with other external systems
- Track configuration and code customization using git and Salesforce sandboxes before they are given to the release manager for deployment
- Maintaining 85%+ test coverage with best practice test cases
- Ensure a high service level availability of our applications and integrations
- Responsible for designing new Salesforce solutions and come up with effective execution plans
- Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
- Participate in ongoing code reviews and ensure consistent quality and consistency to standards
- Create and implement new designs in a highly collaborative environment with fellow engineers, product managers, and users
- Share your technical solutions and product ideas with the team
- Understand the relationships, dependencies and impact of integrated business functions, core systems, applications, and technical platforms
- Contribute to status reports, risk and issue logs
- Perform other duties as required or assigned

Must Have Skills:
- 4+ years' experience developing Salesforce Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- 2+ years' experience using sf cli and git
- 2+ years' experience building pages and components for Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud
- Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints
- Willing to learn other technologies the team uses such as Mulesoft, Github Action & Workflow, and Playwright
Nice to Have Skills:
- Mulesoft, Github Actions and Workflow, and Playwright experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certificate
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certificate
- Experience with AWS EC2, VPC, & RDS
