Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced and techno functional Salesforce Architect. This is a unique opportunity to be the first hire focused on go-to-market systems at Earned, responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem from the ground up.
You’ll own the architecture and roadmap for Salesforce and all integrated platforms across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring our teams are equipped with high-performing, scalable tools to drive business outcomes. From API integrations and automation to vendor management and stakeholder collaboration, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation that powers our client journey and revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end to end architecture of our Salesforce platform and integrated GTM systems
Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align systems with business objectives
Lead the integration and optimization of tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LeanData, CPQ platforms, and DocuSign
Ensure secure and reliable Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and manage middleware as needed
Build automation and scripting solutions to improve performance and reduce manual work
Evaluate and improve system architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability
Manage third-party vendors and consultants supporting implementation and ongoing system administration
Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem developments and proactively recommend
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
5 – 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Financial services industry experience is highly desirable
Prior experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations with cloud-based integrations
Experience working in an Agile development environment, applying Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce
Proficiency in Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, etc.) and experience with middleware solutions
Skilled in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for automation
Ability to own the GTM systems roadmap and architecture, including Salesforce and integrated tools across RevOps and Customer Success
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate architecture and optimize performance
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product) to align systems with strategic goals
Demonstrated success in leading integration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and related tools
Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants to support implementation and ongoing administration
Travel up to 10% to company offices
