The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect, for a project based assignment, to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This individual will serve as both a strategic architect and hands-on engineer, partnering closely with the Salesforce Administrator and business stakeholders to drive platform enhancements, streamline processes, and support business growth. This is a highly visible role that requires strong technical expertise, architecture experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on configuration and development while helping establish long-term Salesforce best practices and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the overall Salesforce architecture and platform strategy
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator on day-to-day platform enhancements and support
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead Salesforce customization efforts including workflows, flows, automation, security, and data management
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs when required
  • Evaluate existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and adoption
  • Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal team members
  • Collaborate with a Business Analyst who will assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and project coordination
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and development background
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
  • Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and governance
  • Experience leading Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap discussions
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work onsite in West Los Angeles 2-3 days per week
Nice to have:
  • Salesforce Architect certifications
  • Experience with Experience Cloud
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, or other enterprise platforms
  • Experience leading Salesforce transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Consulting or client-facing experience
  • Prior experience supporting growing or fast-paced organizations

Location:

  • West Los Angeles, CA (2-3 Days Onsite per Week)
