Over 20 million American seniors rely on independent Medicare brokers to navigate the healthcare system. These brokers provide support during critical life transitions — but have long lacked world-class insurance technology and services to support their own growth.
Spark was founded in 2020 to close this gap. We are a technology company innovating how the best brokers acquire, enroll, and serve their clients. With our industry-leading CRM, AI workflows, and client services, brokers can finally build the business of their dreams — and help more Americans find quality healthcare. With over 8,000 brokers serving 225,000 beneficiaries, Spark is the fastest-growing Medicare brokerage in the country.
We’re now looking for new builders and operators to accelerate our impact. Our talent-dense team combines experience from top technology and healthcare companies like Square, Ramp, Yext, Oscar, Cedar, and Galileo. Backed by top-tier investors, including Primary Ventures and Viewpoint Ventures, we’re united by a mission to build technology that solves societal needs.
Well-being is a big part of our work — and it applies to our employees too. We offer generous benefits like flexible work locations, sabbaticals for tenured employees, annual company retreats, and monthly socials to keep our team connected and performing at their best. We’re proud that last year, we were named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces of 2025.
Join us if you’re excited to redefine an industry and shape what the next era of insurance should look like.
As part of our Revenue Operations team, you’ll help build and optimize the systems that power Spark’s go-to-market engine. Revenue Operations supports our Sales, Success, and Marketing teams, ensuring they have the tools, insights, and processes to operate efficiently and deliver measurable results.

You’ll blend technical expertise with a process-oriented mindset to help Spark’s GTM teams operate smarter, faster, and more effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and enabling high-performing teams to do their best work.
What You'll Do- Own and manage Spark’s Salesforce org — including user management, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
- Design and implement scalable system improvements across Sales, Success, and Marketing workflows.
- Build automation and process efficiencies using Flows and other native Salesforce tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM and Operations teams to translate business goals into system driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to drive data visibility and performance insights for leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability through audits, deduplication, and data management best practices.
- Support and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other systems (Airtable, Hubspot, Intercom, Zapier, and Spark’s proprietary platform).
- Stay current on Salesforce and other industry leading GTM Systems innovations and champion best practices that enhance team productivity.
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally supporting fast-growing GTM teams.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and data management.
- Experience supporting GTM functions (Sales, Success, or Marketing) and understanding their workflows.
- Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills — you make technical systems clear and accessible.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for improving team performance and data visibility.
- Experience with process automation and optimization using Salesforce, workflow automation tools (i.e. n8n), and advanced GTM systems (i.e. Gong, Clay, Clari, etc.)
