Position Summary
The Salesforce Administrator will play a pivotal role in maximizing the value of our Salesforce platform. This role goes beyond routine administration—it’s about enabling teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Services to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. By managing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and delivering system enhancements, the Administrator will ensure Salesforce remains a powerful engine for business growth. This individual will also lead and support projects that expand platform capabilities, translating business needs into impactful solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, permissions, configurations, data integrity, and issue resolution.
Design, build, and maintain workflows, validation rules, custom objects, advanced formulas, and system customizations that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytics to support Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Services.
Monitor data quality, enforce standards, and manage documentation of processes, policies, and system changes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, translate them into solutions, and implement system enhancements that align with organizational needs.
Provide end-user support and deliver training resources to improve adoption, knowledge, and best practices.
Manage integrations between Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reliability.
Maintain and update the Customer Contract Database within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and complete records.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements across the sales cycle and related business functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 4 years’ experience working with enterprise level Salesforce.com instances.
Salesforce Administration Certification required.
Experience with Salesforce Community technologies preferred.
Experience with integration tools and APIs preferred.
Salesforce platform developer and/or MuleSoft developer certifications are a plus.
