Role Responsibilities
- Perform daily administration and support of the Salesforce platform, including user and license management, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Build, test, and deploy declarative solutions using Flow Builder, validation rules, and other Salesforce automation tools.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolution.
- Manage data quality and integrity using tools like Data Loader for imports, exports, and updates.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to test and deploy system enhancements.
- Maintain system documentation, including configuration workbooks and support materials for end users.
- Oversee native integrations with third-party post-sales applications.
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator (Required), Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including a strong proficiency with Flow Builder and Service Cloud configuration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze system performance, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience with data migration and third-party application integrations with Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Gainsight-Salesforce integration
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of Zoom Contact Center integration with Salesforce
- Understanding of Customer 360 in Salesforce
