Sales Compensation

Competitive earnings potential: UNCAPPED commissions on WRITTEN Sales

Pay: training pay $20 per hour 4-6 weeks

After training end: $18 an hour, plus commission, plus potential quarterly bonus Commission

2% on sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales, 3% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales.

BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for creating sales utilizing exceptional customer service and knowledge of the La‐Z‐Boy selling process, products and services. Strive to create long‐term customer relationships that will lead to increased sales and profitability. Develop awareness of interior design through practical experience, observation and interaction with a La‐Z‐Boy Designer.
Design Associate: In addition, assist the Designer in designing and creating comfortable and functional environments that represent a client’s lifestyle, taste and budget.

Our Retail Sales Representatives bring a wide variety of sales and non-sales-related experience. We have previous high school and college athletes, hotel/restaurant associates, retail managers, stay-at-home parents returning to work and much more! We hire for ambition, attitude and ethics then train for furniture knowledge and sales process. We have the BEST customers in the world and are very selective about who we trust to care for them.

  • 18 years or older
  • Professional dress and appearance
  • Available evenings, weekends, and most holidays – we’re closed Christmas, Thanksgiving & Easter!
