VACANCY: VP, CLIENT EXPERIENCE

COMPANY: The Coaching Factory

JOB SCHEDULE: Contractor  (20-40 hours a week)

REPORTING STRUCTURE:Reports directly to the CEO

LOCATION:Remote. Work from anywhere you like! (HQ in Los Angeles)

The Coaching Factory is the #1 Company for Corporate Training & Development. We provide corporate training that is focused, practical, fruitful and FUN! In addition to working with companies to develop their people, we specialize in coaching C Suite Executives and Celebrities. Clients include General Mills, Eli Lilly, CBS and NBC. TCF Is proudly based in Los Angeles, CA.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Correspond w/ corporate companies regarding upcoming training experiences
  • Send customized proposals & pitches and close deals
  • Determine and communicate prices of trainings based on expertise & understanding of the current learning landscape
  • Work alongside the CEO & Principal Consultant and graphic design team to create effective marketing collateral that penetrates corporate learning, employee resource groups & diversity teams
  • Recommend & execute sales strategies & additional personnel/resources required based on business rhythms & competitor analyses
  • Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of sales or related experience in a B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of Human Resources, Sales & Corporate Learning/Development
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree Preferred

COMPENSATION: Salary/Commission/Signing Bonus commensurate with experience.

*Formal contract to be executed before any work is performed. Contract will only be effective for agreed upon time period to guarantee recalibration*

We don’t believe in 30 day lags etc. As soon as a client pays (50% paid upon booking, 50% paid within 30 days of experience), you’re paid within 24 hours via your preferred method: Direct deposit, Venmo, CashApp, etc.

Occasional travel required. Frequently requires use of hands and fingers to write and manipulate telephone & keyboard. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
