About This Role
The Supply Growth Associate (SGA) is responsible for acquiring new supply for the leasing CREXi platform. The SGA further develops relationships with Landlords by reaching out and positioning the software as the ultimate solution that will meet the client's business needs.
What You'll Do
- Research property owners to find the key contact for listings.
- Nurture the initial stages of our sales process.
- Prospecting for potential clients through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and other means
- Present our company to potential clients.
- Set up calls with the leasing teams to showcase Crexi's capabilities.
- Research contacts in databases or platforms (such as LinkedIn)
- Offer our paid services on a company-wide basis.
- Utilize industry knowledge to research and develop accounts, identify decision-makers, generate interest, and identify compelling opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed targets and performance metrics in line with business requirements, including calls and emails per day, and new listing signups per day, week, and month.
- Complete accurate tracking and documentation of communications with prospects in Salesforce and maintain the integrity of the data.
- Cross-sell the various products offered throughout the company.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
Who You Are
- Intermediate to advanced user level of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Salesforce, Outreach
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Crexi's value proposition and product line.
- Ability to cross-sell the various products and service lines.
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
- Must be able to work effectively with employees at all levels in an objective and professional manner.
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, and coachability.
- Ability to write clear and concise, detail-oriented communications.
- Strong phone skills.
- Comfortable prospecting new clients.
- Ability to and interest in growing and developing as a Sales professional.
- Must have great people skills, be comfortable working in an open office environment, and the ability to work across functions daily.
- The grit and tenacity to succeed in a Sales role.
- Ability to meet and exceed established KPI's.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry and in Software Sales is preferred.
