- Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals and completing contracts.
- Establish, maintain and develop business relationships with sellers and potential sellers to enhance the potential for selling value-added services on a regional level.
- Plan and organize an ongoing sales strategy derived from the corporately defined revenue and profit targets.
- Contact new sellers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by Newegg's services. Present quotes, credit terms, bid specifications and all other options.
- Answer sellers' questions about services, and negotiate prices and terms of service agreements.
- Gather and manage intelligence regarding sellers profile, type, core business industry, buying trends, needs and preferences. Complete sales reports, reviews and other paperwork.
- Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly.
