Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on marketer who is interested in solving one of the world's largest problems, financial inclusion. Our team is doing cutting-edge work in data science and machine learning, using unique data to give people in emerging markets access to credit — something they’ve never had before. This role will be a major contributor to realizing the vision of unlocking financial access, choice, and control for underserved people globally.
Our customer base is entirely mobile, and the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead a small team focused on executing our mobile marketing and customer engagement strategy across all markets. Ideal candidates have demonstrated deep expertise in driving large-scale A/B tests, implementing retention programs, and end-to-end marketing analytics management.
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy and roadmap for how we’ll use mobile lifecycle marketing to reach our customer engagement & retention goals
- Lead the execution and optimization of all customer lifecycle marketing communications
- Directly manage and mentor a small team focused on executing our retention & engagement strategy
- Manage and streamline the integration of all marketing data with our existing analytics stack
- Develop a first-class process and system, including 3rd-party vendor selection, that enables rapid A/B testing, deployment, and monitoring of all engagement & retention marketing efforts
- Own end-to-end management of all campaigns, including content, production, testing, setup, deployment, monitoring, and key results
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team on cross-functional initiatives such as content marketing, creative development, and traditional media attribution and execution
- Initiate product related changes relevant to engagement & retention objectives
- Hire and develop top-tier outstanding, talented people for your team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant mobile experience, with a background in some combination of user acquisition, marketing analytics, product management, data infrastructure
- Strong analytical approach to funnel activation metrics measurement, campaign performance and optimizations
- Highly proficient in mobile marketing platforms (e.g. Braze)
- Highly proficient in data visualization platforms (e.g. Looker, Amplitude), SQL, or other data analysis skills
- Intellectual rigor and curiosity, ability to process and synthesize data
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
- Effective communicator; courage to challenge with candor
- Strong cross-functional leadership and relationship building ability
- Work with humility, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude of “Customer First”
- Experience in hiring and managing a team
- Experience in financial services a plus
