GOAT is seeking a passionate and people-oriented Senior Account Manager for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, fluent in the sneaker world, committed to providing top-tier customer service as well as comfortable working across a variety of departments, including Operations, Product, Engineering and Analytics.

In this role you will:

• Maintain and optimize key partnerships through business management, outreach and strategic planning 
• Manage key accounts, using data-informed guidance, to help them achieve growth on our platform
• Collaborate with Operations support to ensure seamless processing of product for sale
• Drive business by prospecting existing connections and proactively sourcing new accounts
• Work closely with in-store consignment teams to manage inflow of product
• Conduct analysis on sales, inventory and purchasing behavior to identify trends and maximize profitability 
• Provide dedicated customer support for key accountsBe up to speed on retail, and sneaker specific, trends and releases
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully complete projects

We are looking for:

• 5+ years in an account management function with strong sneaker knowledge (including understanding of the sneaker market and the players involved)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Commitment to VIP-level customer service
• High level interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Experience building a book of business
• Confidentiality and discretion a MUST
• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
• A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and willingness (and ability) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
• Mac and Excel proficient, with an understanding of web-based platforms
