How you will contribute:
You will be responsible for hands-on technical implementation for company-wide business systems that support the Customer Success team. You will enhance business processes and improve user experiences. This will require the integration of other systems with Salesforce and/or expertise in Salesforce apps like Zuora, Sertifii, Gainsight, Taskray, LiveAgent, Pardot, and SalesLoft.
Skills you’ll bring:
- 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform
- Salesforce certification preferred- ADM201 minimum, ADM211 strongly desired
- Strong direct experience with Salesforce technologies including workflows, assignment rules, triggers, custom fields, APEX code, Importer and Dataloader
- A business solutions and collaborative mindset is a must
- The ability to plan, organize, and establish priorities to meet business goals and achieve results
- High energy, outcome-driven results, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive business growth

In 90 days you will:
Get access to our current systems, learn processes, understand workflows, and meet with the data science team to find out challenges of different teams operationally. On top of that, you will be heavily involved with our transition to the Lightning Experience from Classic. By day 90, you should be comfortable with advising our teams (both technical and non-technical) on ways to improve upon current processes.
