Sales Training Specialist
About This Role:
As Sales Trainer, you’ll help shape Emotive’s sales strategy by working closely with various departments; including sales, product and operations to support the delivery and certification of new hires and ongoing training to the sales team.
How You Will Contribute:
- Training new hires through various training methods (coaching, classroom training, training games, role plays, etc)
- Periodically conduct ongoing training to keep up to date with product enhancements, industry knowledge, and competitor knowledge
- Measuring new hire progress via KPI’s and performance
- Creating content in Trainual, our learning management software
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through observation, surveys, and questionnaires
- Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment
- Ensure new hires are progressing and ramping to plan
Skills You Will Bring:
- Background in selling and/or training
- 2+ years in sales training, sales management customer support and/or direct sales experience
- High impact communication and presentation skills
- Energetic and passionate about coaching
- You are extremely process driven and document everything
- Coaching and developing people comes naturally to you and brings you excitement
- Analytical – you will not make decisions unless you have the numbers to back them up
- Leadership comes naturally to you
