SmartCSM in Torrance, CA is an enterprise-class facility management software for commercial building operators. We are currently looking for a dynamic, high performing Sales Team Leader (STL) with high quota carrying and achievement experience as well as team motivation and development to join our team. Someone equally comfortable as a player as they are a coach without sacrificing productivity of either. They are adept at leading by example, setting the bar high and bringing sales discipline and energy to the team. On individual basis they are strong at doing a high volume of calls, qualifying customers and doing demos, managing pipeline, forecasting, and closing in B2B SaaS sales. As a Coach we need someone whose infectious and tireless drive to succeed and work ethic will make others on the team follow. They will help build, refine and enforce the sales playbook. This role leads to senior executive sales management if you can prove yourself.  This individual will help lead the sales team and help revolutionize the commercial building market. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical type, self-starter, strategic thinker, sales-killer, trailblazer and problem-solving guru. To be successful in this role, you should have previous inside B2B SaaS sales experience qualifying and closing leads from call, and drip email marketing campaigns and meeting/beating sales quotas. Ultimately, you are one of the more vital roles to business helping boost sales and contribute to our long-term business and sales productivity growth.

As a Senior Team Leader you will:

  • Be a player/coach– Equally adept at direct selling as well as coaching others on team
  • Qualify leads from call and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Use tactful, tireless calling strategy paired with email drip campaigns to have maximum impact - 80-100 dials daily
  • Establish, refine and drive playbook development
  • Demonstrate expertise in the SmartCSM suite of products, the markets we serve, and our sales process
  • Research target accounts, using LinkedIn and various other solutions, to uncover and determine the right contacts
  • Extensive calling, emailing, and social interactions to secure appointments for online demos that you will conduct
  • Navigate and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including C-Level executives
  • Utilize a consultative approach, including discovery, solution selling, and connecting the dots to solutions
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding a monthly sales quota
  • Cultivate and build a strong sales pipeline by managing, forecasting, and maintaining accurate information in Hubspot

What you need to be successful in this position:

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • High performer in SAE or similar role for 3+ years
  • Inside B2B SaaS sales experience and track record is paramount
  • Software sales to facility management sector a MAJOR plus
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving and beating sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000 Base/$125,000 OTE
