The Role:

The right Sales Team Lead at Allset should be well-rounded, flexible, creative, and forward thinking. You will diligently explore our potential clients’ challenges and goals; forging a partnership to help create program efficiencies in partnership with Allset. You’ll be completely immersed in our company’s operations. Our sales executives set the tone for first impressions, and we’ve built a reputation we’d like to keep.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership over the sales department

• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

• Implementing sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business

• Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department

• Examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets

• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

• Establishing and overseeing the adoption of departmental vision and values, which forms part of the work culture

Required Qualifications:

• Successful background in B2B sales. Experience of working at startups is a plus

• Experience in managing a team of 10+ people

• Exceptional leadership skills and confidence

• Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation

• Exceptional communication skills are necessary

• Calmness under stressful situations and in uncertainty, inspiring the same in his team.
