We are looking for a dynamic sales support specialist, who wants to grow professionally and be a part of taking ForwardLine into the future. This is a multi-function position providing administrative support in a large office environment to our fast-paced goal oriented inside sales team. The position is a combination of managing certain loan-related tasks for which training will be provided, as well as performing general office duties. General duties will include phones, reviewing documents in detail, monitoring heavy e-mails volume, generating reports, managing pipeline, and alerting team of files or products that may be incomplete.  

This position will report directly to our Placement Manager. You will work with multiple team members and customers. The ideal candidate will be able to generate daily reports through Salesforce and Excel effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Read and analyze incoming emails, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and course of action
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook to communicate with multiple departments in the company
  • Verify all customer data is completed properly through the application process
  •  Fully understand the different partnerships and their regulations/requirements
  • Review and submit all files after completing verification process
  • Track pipelines through salesforce.com to create reports
  • Assist Placement Manager with day to day functions of the department
  • Identify, analyze and solve problems; take initiative in resolving issues

Skills & Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience (escrow, mortgage processor, paralegal, accounting experience preferred but not required)
  • Utilize excel and SalesForce.com to create reports and
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 55 wpm)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Analytical thinking and detailed oriented

  • Positive, helpful and cheerful attitude
  • Strong math skills and quick with numbers
  • Ability to work with different personality types
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and systematic approach to task performance
