NuORDER is on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals of optimal customer experience. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about NuOrder's solutions, create and process contracts, and provide catch-all daily support for our entire sales operation. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-oriented and has a strong knowledge of customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Sales contract creation and processing
• Ensure contract accuracy
• Demo setup and basic data/images uploads
• Maintain demo accounts
• Maintain playbook
• Ensure contracts are correct
• Farm accounts
• Generate SalesForce reports.
• Data cleanup in Salesforce

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Strong technical acumen
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interested in advancing a career in B2B tech sales, client services, account management, etc.
• Bachelor's degree
• SalesForce experience required; certification preferred
