Fuel Cycle is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to help support our sales team in managing our growth and vertical expansion. As our resident sales technology expert and master of sales efficiency and productivity, you will be partnering with our Sales leadership to drive operational excellence in our enterprise software sales organization while managing the day to day administration of Salesforce and operational tasks. In collaboration with Sales & Marketing, you will identify and implement software tools, and advise Leadership on areas where we can improve efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining sales data in Salesforce (CRM) and other software programs
  • Providing models and organizing statistical studies for the Sales Department
  • Recognizing developing and implementing process improvements within the Sales & Marketing organization, as well as hand-off processes from BDR to Sales Directors.
  • Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators
  • Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Representatives
  • Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
  • Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection
  • Creating and maintaining sales SOP and our sales playbook
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as workflows, rules, reporting dashboards, sharing and visibility, approval processes, and security
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Directors

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations and Salesforce administration
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator desired
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, CPQ & Pardot
  • The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
  • An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
