We are currently in need for a Sales Operations Associate! In this role, you will own the pricing implementation into our custom-built system, assist in customer pricing reviews, and serve as the key resource for different departments on customer pricing questions and analysis.  As such, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance. 


We're looking for a highly-organized, accountable team player who operates with efficiency, accuracy, urgency, and discipline.


Key responsibilities include -- 

  • Ensuring pricing is implemented correctly in our custom-built transportation management system (TMS).  TheSales Operations Associate will make sure our TMS contains accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive pricing agreements.  
  • Participate and contribute to monthly internal custom rate reviews and database clean-up.  This includes executing rate changes and developing the internal processes to do so.
  • Supporting different internal stakeholders with questions regarding customer pricing and pricing related processes.
  • Communicating with customers about rate related questions and disputes.  Working with Sales, Operations, and Finance to close out disputes.
  • Collaborating with different internal stakeholders for implementing and improving processes to support company growth
  • Performing other administrative and ad-hoc rate management related special projects.


Need-to-Haves --

  • 1-2 years of professional data entry, sales operations, or accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment - we are a rapidly growing company which guarantees change
  • Ability to provide a positive customer service experience and to work with different internal stakeholders
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word)
