Sales Operations Associate
About the Role
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will support the Emotive sales team and functional leaders in winning new business and driving performance. Your daily responsibilities will include sales operations support and activities, developing reports, and administrative functions. This position requires proficiency in Salesforce and knowledge of automating workflows.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the day-to-day sales operations support and activities.
- Oversee sales CRM (Salesforce.com) database and work with Sales team to address data issues or inconsistencies; assist in optimizing Salesforce.com processes to meet changing business requirements
- Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting goal setting, training, and sales-related information systems and procedures.
- Handle administrative and development functions including account maintenance, reports and dashboards, create workflows, write formulas and rules and other routine tasks.
- May involve handling sensitive personal data
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience, previous work SaaS/startups preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- You’re clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally
- You learn quickly and you’re excited by new technologies, quickly mapping them to business processes
- You know how to effectively manage your time to complete objectives
- You have experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them
- You thrive in a high energy team environment
