About the Sales Operations Analyst at Headspace:

The Sales Operations Analyst position will partner closely with the Headspace for Work (B2B) sales team to evaluate and think through ops strategy and drive efficiency. This new team member will help to create and improve all aspects of sales processes and tools and will be responsible for reporting and analytics. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and has strong communication skills to join a thriving and fast-paced sales organization.

  • Business facing role that will focus on processes and tools
  • Support the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, and system enhancements and best practice sharing
  • Engage and work with other members of team and lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results 
  • Process approvals and support sales teams with planning and operational tasks
  • Provide materials and data that help AE/SDRs work effectively
  • Drive process improvement and manage all aspects of Salesforce CRM including workflow, reporting, data integrity and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams
  • Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts databases and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database Ability to review existing and new systems to ensure they meet the needs of the team
  • Remove manual processes and steps to make the team work efficiently 
  • Ensure data integrations are functioning between various systems
  • Sync with various vendors to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Analyze business questions and make recommendations to Sr Management on how to improve performance and maximize KPIs 
  • Work to clean and optimize large data sets to ensure accuracy for the business
  • Help manage a pipeline of deliverables 

What you’ve accomplished:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or operations field (e.g. Business, Sales or Marketing Operations)
  • 2-4 years work experience in a quantitative, operations or analytical roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
  • Experience in project management and prioritization
  • High performer with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com required
  • Prior experience with SAAS preferred

We're located in the heart of Santa Monica on Michigan + Cloverfield, just off the 10 freeway. Bergamont train station is right behind our office.
