Within 1 Month, You Will:
- Be fully on-boarded including knowledge of all existing software, systems, workflows, and protocols required to successfully manage the Inside Sales team
- Have met both as a team and with individual Sales team members
- Present Leadership team with sales vision, business strategy, and tactics to be utilized to achieve GoGuardian’s 2017 revenue goals
Within 3 Months, You Will:
- Successfully implement tactical Sales strategies to drive visibility and accountability for the Sales team (forecasting, territory planning, etc.)
- Become a successful partner and leader within our sales organization and be influential in nurturing and constantly improving team dynamic
- Create and report on key sales metrics to Sales and GoGuardian Leadership
- Create personnel development plans for individual Account Executives
- Develop our 2H17 business and sales strategies in order to exceed revenue targets
Within 6 Months, You Will:
- Work with Sales Leadership to create FY18 go-to-market strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth
- Conduct year end business review including organizational and individual performance reviews
- Create 2018 operational and logistical sales strategies, including territory alignment, compensation and commission plans, etc.
Within 12 Months, You Will:
- Implement strategies and tactics to achieve 2018 revenue goals, including additions to staffing, new role creation, etc.
