THE POSITION

As Sales Manager, Theme Parks and Attractions, you will play an essential role in generating and qualifying leads and prospects that will result in new business. You’ll collaborate closely with senior management and other team members to help fill the sales pipeline, close deals and meet or exceed your sales goals.

Location: This is a full-time position, ideally based in Orlando, FL, or Los Angeles, CA, but open to other locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively develop and manage accounts in the Theme Park and Attractions vertical to meet revenue goals
  • Work alongside Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to identify new and existing revenue opportunities
  • Optimize current revenue from existing customers through new product sales and strategic technology migration
  • Navigate organizations, conduct deep discovery, and sell to multiple decision-makers.
  • Develop high-level relationships within customer, prospect, and partner organizations to serve as a trusted consultant
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to develop winning strategies for pricing and proposals
  • Utilize CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately, and adequate information regarding the prospect and opportunity is communicated
  • Domestic and International travel for presentations, conferences, on-site consultations, and other events

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with rigorous attention to detail and a spirit of professional entrepreneurship. This means that they should have a heightened sense of responsibility and ownership, be able to start new projects with ease, and possess a desire and passion that drive them to go far beyond the boundaries of the job.

Pivotal Experience, Expertise & Personal Characteristics:

  • 5+ years of proven experience working with Theme Parks and Attraction venues, attraction suppliers, audio-visual integrators, planners, or other companies within the industry
  • Background in working with clients to develop custom solutions to their requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently generate and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
  • Experience with audiovisual systems, including digital displays, projection systems, and video processing, is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills, combined with solid business judgment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • ‪Ability to work autonomously, including in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems
  • Positive, passionate, and organized, with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in business software and systems (Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
