WHAT YOU’LL DO/ KEYS TO HIRE:

  • Innovation: As a resource between our clients and our product/engineering teams, you will be the advocate for our clients in thinking of how our product can change to meet their changing needs.
  • Results: You are responsible for ensuring good product/market fit with our clients and will be adept at teaching our clients how to use our platform. You will become a subject matter expert of our platforms.
  • Care: You will ensure that our customers are happy with their usage of our product and ensure that they are using it to the fullest extent for their business. You will meet their needs during the buying cycle and then support them thereafter. You will build advocacy for our product through our care.
  • Experience: Being accessible, efficient, knowledgeable and personable are imperative as you navigate each interaction you have with your clients.
  • Efficiency: Utilizing the Scorpion teams, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of new and existing clients and must efficiently maintain your role as an accessible expert and consultant for your client.

Example of a Day-to-Day:

  • First, you are responsible for attending sales calls, delivering presentations, and discussing use cases of our products with potential and current clients. This requires you to be an expert in our platforms and our client’s businesses to be able to offer accurate information quickly regarding our products ability to meet their needs.
  • Second, you are responsible for directing client facing technical communications and documents to ensure they are aligned with our product capabilities, marketing strategy, and overall organizational goals. This includes various presentations, forums, technical documentation, and marketing materials.
  • Third, you work as an advocate across various Scorpion teams for our product, keep track of internal and external technical needs that block us from achieving our goals, and communicate effectively inside and outside of the organization.
  • Overall, you are here to make sure the buying process is easy for our clients by addressing common pain points, removing friction from onboarding, and supporting them in their journey with us. This requires that you maintain a good working relationship across many disparate teams in Scorpion as well as with our clients.

Experience:

WHAT TO BRING:

  • 3+ years professional experience in a Sales Engineer or Customer Success role
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Efficient task management

  • Strong comprehension of business acumen
