Lead Lumi’s business development and sales initiatives with the world’s trendiest and largest ecommerce brands.

As the leader of our Strategic Accounts sales team, you will be responsible for leading our company-wide effort to win accounts among the leading brands in modern ecommerce. Our ideal candidate brings experience leading enterprise (aka Tier 1) B2B sales teams and initiatives, ideally within ecommerce brands similar to those in our Showcase.

Responsibilities:

  • Win new marquis brands with a relentless, but tactical approach
  • Lead and grow a team of talented Account Executives focused on Strategic Accounts
  • Motivate and provide coaching to team members in order to strengthen their ability to open new doors and hone their skills pitching the possibilities of working with Lumi
  • Support team members and clients in diagnosing the branding, packaging and supply chain challenges of our customers
  • Create compelling and modern solutions based on Lumi’s proprietary data and technology
  • Creatively compose packaging for our most complex prospects
  • Manage the complex aspects of getting packaging right every time for our customers

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record with $1M+ deal sizes and orders
  • Proven track record of establishing and growing new accounts
  • Experience with B2B/enterprise sales selling physical goods
  • Direct experience inside and/or selling to leading ecommerce brands
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • Highly effective writing and sales presentation skills
  • Financial savvy in negotiating contract terms with experienced procurement professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop an elite team of national/strategic account executives
  • A strong sense of urgency that moves clients from analysis to action
  • Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment
  • Proficiency with and dependence on sales CRM software
