 Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Comb through leads generated automatically from inquiries as fed into Salesforce.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Team with Account Executives to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Work closely with other SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Ops, and Marketing to implement appropriate prospect communications
  • Listen to, and interview customers, and effectively communicate their needs and requirements internally.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and emails to warm leads as well as cold prospects
  • Track all activities in Salesforce
  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology.
  • Develop qualified sales opportunities and set demo appointments for Sales Executives
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, demos and appointments.

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1 – 2 year of outbound sales experience, software or enterprise sales a plus
  • Passion for technology and a technical aptitude to master sales tools (i.e. SalesLoft, Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, Connect And Sell, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • A keenly developed competitive nature
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM Tool a plus
  • A winning attitude
