As a Sales Development Representative at Lumi, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and educating potential customers on Lumi’s software solutions and added packaging services. You’ll get into the data to determine which customers are a great fit for us in order to create leads for our Account Executives to close new deals. You will be an integral part of bringing in new revenue for Lumi.

Responsibilities

  • Research inbound leads and referrals to determine if they meet the qualifications to become part of the Lumi ecosphere
  • Support in creating outbound lead strategies to add new prospects to the funnel
  • Re-engage customers that have inquired about or worked with us in the past to see if they can benefit from our software first model
  • Design and execute email campaigns to keep potential customers engaged
  • Present Lumi’s offerings and run online demos of our dashboard for potential customers
  • Create systems to identify additional revenue potential from current and past customers

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in either a start-up or recruiting agency 
  • Innate adaptability and discernment Incredibly organized and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Data-driven
  • Experience with Google Docs required; Airtable a plus
