About the Sales Development Representative at Headspace:

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

  • You will respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Headspace and how we can help them execute on their wellness needs
  • Craft a phenomenal first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a best-in-class experience and pleasant encounter with customer service
  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and build relationships through communication
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Headspace
  • Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits
  • Conduct “pre call” investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer’s current state, competition, etc. 
  • Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business
  • Opportunity to continuously source new business prospects through outbound activities and occasionally prospect on Events
  • Collect market intelligence and competitive information
  • You are high-energy and embody a positive attitude
  • Strong desire to be in B2B sales position
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle time effectively
  • Write professional, succinct, and articulate emails to prospective accounts
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Being confident and eager to consistently communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Team-player and go-to person

What you’ve accomplished:

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • 2+ year(s) of sales experience, preferably as an SDR, required
  • You are eager to learn and have a deep interest in selling a B2B Product 
  • Experience in cold calling and new customer acquisition
  • Interested in the Wellness and Meditation space a plus
