LeafLink is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast growing team. This role is highly independent and will have lofty goals. You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable with change, enjoys a very fast pace, and can juggle many tasks and deadlines.
The SDR will be responsible for helping LeafLink’s Sales team source potential new clients from around the country; as well as assist in developing and executing sales material to share with prospect retailers and brands. This role includes the listed salary AND a very competitive commission plan where you are paid for EVERY qualified lead you bring in.

What your day looks like
-Hit monthly qualified lead generation goals
-Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to give them LeafLink’s value proposition and pre qualify them as a customer 
-Manage email correspondence with / questions from customers
-Pass of qualified leads to their local Account Executive 
What you need to win
-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university 
-Persistence and win-at-all-costs attitude
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Goal-oriented mindset: you will be expected to produce tangible results
