PeerStreet is seeking a high energy, quick thinking, and adaptable individual to assist and support our fast-growing Sales organization. The Sales Administrator will report to the Directors of Sales and/or Business Development and contribute to the overall success of the wider sales team through exceptional management and organization of PeerStreet’s proprietary Lender Platform and CRM, sales conference and event coordination (assisting marketing), acting as a liaison between sales and legal to facilitate new account onboarding and foster existing partnership growth. Additionally, PeerStreet is in a hyper growth phase, which means the Sales Administrator may be tasked with working on special projects and initiatives on an ad hoc basis as the VP of Sales / Sales Directors see fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales Organization through gathering, management and organization of Asana, Box, GDrive, Salesforce, and the proprietary PeerStreet Lender Platform. 
  • Assist marketing and sales through event coordination, booth setup, and lead flow management.
  • Liaise between Sales and Legal/Compliance departments and assist with partner corporate org doc collection and review.
  • Support sales leaders with dashboard reporting/pipeline management.
  • Run backgrounds and credit checks on new partners to help analyze and assess for risk.
  • Perform other related duties or special ad hoc projects, as assigned.
  • Support VP of Sales and Marketing / Sales Directors as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of admin, assistant, customer service experience a plus.
  • Base knowledge of CRM’s and task management software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with administration behind corporate structure (LLCs, Partnerships, Corps, etc.) a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work well independently and solve problems with an ownership mindset.
