Sales: Account Manager
The Details
Mashable is seeking an Account Manager to work within the Sales team on a variety of digital campaigns. The Day to Day
- Manage all post-sale communications and deliverables
- Interface with multiple internal departments to coordinate campaign approvals, implementation and performance tracking
- Coordinate with various internal teams (AdOps, Product, Branded Content/Studios, Sales)
- Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure delivery
- Work closely with Account Management team to ensure cohesiveness of materials and workflow
- Act as the main point of contact for agency/client communication
- Communicate ad specs and creative lead times to advertisers and agencies
- Respond to client requests and queries in a timely and courteous fashion
Must Haves
- 2+ years working at a top tier publisher or agency
- BA/BS degree in a related field with a strong academic record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various reporting platforms
- In-depth knowledge of web culture
Nice to Haves
- Experience with DFP, DSM, iDesk, Atlas, Mediavisor or similar software
