LiveControl has created a video production studio in the cloud. Our clients install our 4k multi-camera setup into their venue and our team can fully produce amazing video entirely in the cloud. Completely live, with just the click of a button. We can make your graduation speech or home cooking show look like a Netflix special, all for a fraction of the cost.

The Role:

Right now, we're in a very fortunate position where we are overwhelmed with inbound leads (businesses calling us, asking if they can sign up). We don’t know that this will always be the case, but today, it is. We're looking for someone fast-paced, warm, and engaging to help us turn these leads into partnerships.

If this is you, you're a people person at heart. You love talking to people and people love hearing you talk. On the flip side, you're a great listener, you love learning about others, their interests, and their stories. These interpersonal skills are critical to this role, because the people you'll be talking with are small business owners and their life stories are usually emotionally tied to the businesses they run -- these are the businesses that you'll be helping.

We want to invest in you to level up your sales career as our first Account Executive. You'll be working directly with the founder to learn everything you need to know about the industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sell & close LiveControl's video production services to our SMB customers
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Understand customer needs and requirements in the live streaming space
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management within a CRM
  • Set the standard for what an AE should be like at LiveControl

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience (selling SaaS-enabled products preferred)
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales closing experience with a track record of over-performance.
  • Past experience on a fast-growing sales team with a preference for hyper-growth companies.
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability and the desire to find solutions and build process where none previously exists.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and high growth team environment.

Pluses:

  • Video production / AV / live streaming knowledge
  • Experience using HubSpot & Outreach.io
  • Startup experience
