SaaS Sales Manager

At GoGuardian our revenue is driven by our Sales team and our Sales team is growing! We're currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead, coach and motivate a team of high performing sales representatives. The ideal candidate loves motivating her/his team and is constantly looking for ways to improve the sales process and conversion rates while meeting (and ideally exceeding) quota. This role reports to the VP Sales.
Working from our El Segundo office, the ideal candidate will have a successful track record in enterprise SaaS sales and enjoy helping others achieve the same. You'll also have experience with key things like forecasting, territory planning, account planning, commission plan creation, and analytics-based decision making.
Responsibilities:
· Manage, hire, train, develop and inspire a high performing sales team
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
· Seek, find and celebrate the strengths in each member of the team, encouraging continued career development
· Implement tactical strategies to drive visibility and accountability (forecasting, territory planning, metrics, reporting, etc.)
· Lead by example; high teamwork, low ego
· Collaborate with marketing to drive new business through demand generation
Qualifications:
· Prior related experience managing a sales team in a SaaS company
· Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing enterprise technology deals
· Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate sales talent
· Prior experience in a closing, quota carrying sales role with a track record of overachieving
· Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
· Can easily work from/commute to our El Segundo office
