Hawke Media is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Partnerships Manager who is passionate about the growth of our company and has a strong track record in Business Development and Relationship Management. You will join a fast-paced environment and be responsible for results that include revenue generation as well as developing new, game-changing relationships for the company.

This player/coach will be instrumental in the growth of this department. Working closely with our VP of Partnerships and CRO, the Partnership Manager's responsibilities will be wide ranging. They will include sourcing and developing new partnerships, maximizing existing partnerships, as well as helping to develop the process and infrastructure to scale this growing team and revenue channel. The role will require managerial level creative thinking, problem solving, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a self-sufficient work style.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, grow, and nurture relationships at all levels in partner organizations
  • Manage existing Partnerships to maximize lead generation 
  • Track referral lead pipeline and commission reports 
  • Internal data aggregation and organization
  • Process feedback and documentation
  • Identify and develop joint “go-to-market” strategies and lead generation opportunities
  • Work across teams and departments to gather information and feedback for partnerships
  • Set KPIs, track weekly progress, and communicate successes and challenges
  • Regularly attend local events to network and prospect for new partnerships
  • Creating best practices around departmental efficiencies and scale
  • Quarterly trips to conferences and New York office may be required

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management, preferably at a technology or services company
  • Experience carrying and exceeding sales quota preferred
  • Knowledge of eCommerce technology ecosystem is a plus
  •  Have strong business acumen and a track record of over-achieving
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, both digitally and in-person
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills, along with focused attention to detail.
  • Ability to work closely with, and often getting help from, other teams
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple work streams and project simultaneously
  • Desire to learn and increase responsibilities quickly
  • Excel/Google Spreadsheets
