About the role

We're looking for a Partnerships Associate to support existing online ordering services and manage new online ordering service partners in the Ordermark Ecosystem. You enjoy seeing first hand the impact of your work while interacting with customers and partners. You are organized and love guiding projects from inception to completion. You strive to maximize the value of each online ordering service partnership through internal and external education, referral programs, and pushing forward the next generation of APIs.

What you get to do every day:

  • Oversee all the steps with new Online Ordering Service Integration in which they conform to our specs.
  • Upload and maintain relevant information from the OOS Questionnaire and other channels to the Wiki, Salesforce to keep all of Ordermark up-to-date on partnerships.
  • Help to identify beta-restaurants to expedite potential integrations.
  • Liaise internally between CS and Partnerships to identify concrete gaps that the Partnerships Manager can work to smooth out.
  • Help create and manage Partnership/Sales program to enable and maximize the referral potential of our supported OOS and their sales teams.
  • Manage Reach inquiries via email or Slack for Partners that do not yet have an established weekly referral process (all partners beyond Uber Eats, Postmates, EatStreet, DoorDash and Grubhub).

What you bring to the role:

  • Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills, love of data, and adherence to process
  • Ability to thrive in a startup (fast-paced, agile) environment
  • Mid-Entry Level experience (2+ years) in business development or project management.
