As a Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for seeking out synergy… whether it’s partnering with an influencer, AV installer, or corporation, we’re always looking for key partners to expand our business. Outreaching to these organizations will be a key part of our strategy, so strong client relationship skills are a must. When not on the phone or crafting emails, you’ll be launching our referral program for both clients and other industry professionals.
This business development role will work directly with sales to push leads into the funnel, while also looking for partnerships that benefit our existing clientbase. You’ll be working directly with the founder to craft strategy and execute fast!
Responsibilities:
Outreach and negotiate group rates with large organizations to generate new leads
Develop & launch a referral program for our clients and other professionals in our industry
Create relationships with nationwide installers for both new business and resources for our clients.
Always be on the hunt for synergistic opportunities.
Build and execute through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree preferred
1+ years of experience in business development growing partnerships.
1-2 years of executing strong outbound strategies
Ability to analyze data and take quantitative approaches to forecast and track key metrics, as well as identify opportunities for growth
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Past experience on a fast-growing sales team with a preference for hyper growth companies.
Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills, the ability and the desire to find solutions and build processes where none previously exists.
Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and highly collaborative team environment.
Pluses:
Video production / AV / live streaming knowledge
Experience using HubSpot & Outreach.io
