Overview

The Partner Success Manager (PSM) will be the lead contact for their customer accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, acting as support and nurturing the client/Chanje relationship. The PSM will develop strong relationships with clients by researching and understanding their business needs, responding to client concerns/problems and acting as the liaison between the client and internal departments. This role will maintain customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ensuring Chanje delivers value through our unique products and services.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain high client satisfaction with client account

• Maintain knowledge of industry and functional/technical Chanje product offerings in order to effectively support clients

• Identify revenue/upsell opportunities with the client through continuous improvement of services and thorough understanding of client's business and goals

• Triage, respond to, troubleshoot and de-escalate client support requests in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction

• Diagnose and document product bugs that are affecting clients and communicate the resolution priority appropriately to the engineering team

• Serve as liaison between clients and Chanje's support and product/engineering teams for technical issues and escalations

• Draft support articles and other materials that will help clients self-service

• Proactively monitor assigned clients' activity against forecast/historical trends

• Work on assigned special projects, as appropriate

• Assist in the opportunity development of the account under the direction of senior staff

• Assist with client presentations, client training and proposal generation

• Follow up to ensure client expectations regarding quality control, deadlines and customer service are met

• Communicate with customers to evaluate satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs

• Monitor contractual agreements, monthly billing and manage quarterly audits and reviews

• Maintain and grow relationships with key customer stakeholders and other key customer team members

• Stay current on industry issues, trends and competitive solutions

• Lead in sharing of best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support

• Drive industry best practices throughout all owned accounts

• Complete quarterly business reviews (QBR) with each account

• Other duties as needed to support the company

• Dedicate time to personal development assignments and be willing to get on the mat and practice

• Must be open to domestic and international travel

Preferred Education & Requirements

• BA/BS degree; MBA is a plus

• Relationship driven individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, account management or customer success required; experience in EVs is a plus

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a mindset of always asking how can I do this better?

• Strong planning, organizational, communication and writing skills

• Ability to work independently and be held accountable for committed actions

• Must work and interact well with others in a highly collaborative environment

• Valid Passport

Working Location and Reports

• This position works out of the Main Headquarters in Playa Vista.

• This position reports to the Vice President of Manufacturing.
