The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. At GOAT Group, the Partner Operations team is central to the success of our dropship partnerships for both sneakers and apparel. This team is responsible for driving order success through process improvement, order management, and building relationships. We are looking for a driven and hard-working Administrator to support this team's growth. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and prioritize accuracy in their work. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks passed on by the team.

In this role you will:

  • Support the Partner Operations team in daily administrative functions
  • Pull daily order lists to identify delays or potential issues that may need attention
  • Liaise with our packaging vendors to send partners supplies 
  • Liaise with our customer service team to answer any questions involving our drop ship accounts via zendesk
  • Help update and create internal/external guides 
  • Analyze existing data and make recommendations on new points to review 
  • Create efficiencies for the team in their day-to-day tasks
  • Regularly connect with our Operations teams to inquire or flag potential issues
  • Play a key role in setting up the Partner Operations team for success with KPI’s
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully complete tasks

We are looking for:

  • Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment preferred
  • Highly organized, and able to prioritize their workload with ease
  • Follow processes precisely with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, with a can-do attitude.
  • Commitment to a VIP-level of customer service
  • Proven ability to function well in a collaborative environment.
  • Mac and Excel proficient, with an understanding of web-based platforms
  • Experience with data entry
  • Sneaker or apparel industry knowledge not required, but preferred
