We are looking for a rock star self-starter with a passion for sales who can be the voice of our brand. The Market Response Representative (MRR) role is built around responsiveness, rapport building, establishing trust, and ensuring people who inquire with us have a world-class experience. You think of yourself as charming, intelligent, and professionally persistent. Your core responsibility is qualifying inbound leads to close deals on the spot while also properly introducing the territory owner to follow up with next steps. This is a tremendous growth and financially rewarding opportunity, for the right, motivated MRR.


Our Market Response Representatives:

  • Every day work on new leads with some of the top attorneys and law firms in the country
  • Respond, qualify and convert warm inbound leads that come in via web forms or by phone
  • Focus on immediate, transactional sales while cultivating a strong business relationship
  • Are confident in illustrating our differentiators, objection handling, and have a high close rate
  • Leverage a range of sales support resources to ensure selling success
  • Articulate our value proposition quickly in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Manage a high volume of activity without sacrificing thoroughness

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against your monthly quota to help us continue on our explosive growth path
  • Immediately connect and follow-up with warm inbound leads generated by our marketing team
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (short sales cycle) in our CRM using our defined sales process
  • Partner with marketing, account management and research to ensure a seamless sales and customer experience
  • Stay closely connected to both the Sales reps and our Research and Medical teams


  • B.A./B.S. degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas and goals
  • Polished business presence with a high level of emotional maturity
  • Strong experience selling over the phone
  • Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability/willingness in making sales calls
  • Ability/willingness to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial, transactional environment
  • Working knowledge of office-based applications, Google products, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
