UpKeep, an LA-based tech startup, is looking for a passionate Manager of Sales to lead a talented team of Account Executives in Westwood, CA. 

As a Sales Manager you will:

• Lead a growing team of Emerging Market Account Executives
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and development to strengthen your team's selling techniques enabling them to achieve their goals 
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on your team's KPI progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Ensure all administrative work and reporting is completed effectively and on time for the executive leadership team 
• Daily pipeline and book of business management within our CRM system (SFDC) 
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and customer success, and product teams; providing intuitive feedback when needed 
• To meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals, you will work with the Director of Sales to deliver on focused quarterly strategies as outlined at the beginning of each quarter
• Work with Director and VP to identify and implement process improvements that promote productivity and drive efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience required
• At least 1 year of experience overseeing a quota-carrying sales team 
• B2B software sales experience highly preferred
• Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience preferred 
• Bachelors degree preferred
