What you’ll do:

As Manager, Sales Development you will have a significant impact on ringDNA’s growth. This is a key leadership role within our fast-growing team and will be a valuable contributor to the sales strategy. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and leading a world-class sales development team, while helping to scale process and best practices globally. 

Who you are:

  • 4 Years of SaaS sales experience including both closing and/or SDR roles. This should also include a minimum of 1+ years managing SDR’s 
  • The ability to hire top-performing SDRs
  • Innately passionate about the art and science of sales (someone who reads sales content, listens to podcasts, etc.)
  • Driven, competitive, and operate with a sense of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Process & Metrics oriented
  • Strong sales and messaging coaching skills
  • Experience of mature modern prospecting techniques
  • High EQ and passion for building collaborative, positive, and high performing cultures

Added Bonus:

  • 2+ years of experience managing SDR’s
  • Experience in startup environments
  • Closing experience
  • Experience with Sales Tech
