We are a fast-growing HR SaaS company are currently building out our El Segundo based sales office. Our software utilizes artificial intelligence to streamline the recruiting process for Medium, Large, and Enterprise level corporations. My Ally is a start-up and looking for top talent who will help us build and define our sales process. This is a unique opportunity to get into a company at an early stage and have an impact on our processes.

We are seeking an enterprise-level Sales Development Representatives in the El Segundo office. The role includes researching named accounts, strategically reaching out across corporations to build relationships, generate leads, conduct discovery calls, and partner with a Senior Account Execs to demo the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Create outreach campaigns to identify and qualify new enterprise and strategic sales leads
  • Call lead lists pre-made for with the goal of setting demos.
  • Overcome objections and set meetings for enterprise sales executives
  • Partner with your sales executive to move deals through the pipeline and develop your sales skills
  • Maintain active communication with leads by sending timely targeted materials with an account-based strategy
  • Meet (or exceed) monthly targets in setting up qualified meetings.


Qualifications:

  • 6 months+ of experience in lead generation and sales associate roles
  • SaaS, HR Tech, and recruiting software experience are huge pluses
  • Experience with a CRM is desirable, SalesForce preferred
  • Experience working and succeeding in a quota driven environment
  • Able to naturally build rapport and relationships with prospects
  • Proven initiative and competitive drive
  • The perseverance and drive to make 60+ outreaches a day
  • Resilience and ability to overcome objections
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A great attitude and the ability to work with and collaborate with a close-knit team
