The world's leading luxury real estate brand seeks a motivated, articulate telephonic prospector to set listing appointments with $3M - $100M+ luxury property owners.
This is a 1099 position in sales that offers unlimited earning potential, commensurate with performance. A constantly improving lead generation and administrative support system increases talk time, and success.
Abilities
- A proven track record of top producing sales success
- Ability to quickly build rapport with high net-worth individuals
- Clear and confident phone voice
- Strong grasp of computer, internet, and telephone / text technologies
- Self-motivated, positive, and consistent behavioral traits and habits
- Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
- Excellent B2B and B2C communication skills
Expectations
- Maintain individual accounts for necessary resources
- Total command of brand and market knowledge - including all brand collateral and resources
- Routine dialing, texting, and emailing at least 4 hours per day.
- Provide at least 3 qualified listing appointments per week
Tasks
- Manage data through MLS and CRM systems
- Research prospects through social media and other resources
- Cold call and follow up to set appointments
- Continually hone techniques and processes
Compensation
- 10% of managing agent(s) commission at close - approximately $125K for every $100M in transaction volume
