We believe that how you start something is how you finish, and the initial training any sales person goes through sets them up for the rest of their career. You will be responsible for helping us set all of our new hires up for not just short term but long term success. 

You will be an integral part of making sure that the PatientPop sales team becomes one of the best trained, coached and supported teams in the country. Creating a lasting legacy of lives impacted by your coaching.

How you will contribute:

As an Inside Sales Manager at PatientPop, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7-10 Account Executives. Our Account Executives are responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business revenue. You will be a front line manager for new and experienced sales representatives providing support via weekly call coaching, pipeline and funnel management, ongoing training, and ensuring the team is successful in achieving revenue quotas. We’re growing quickly and you will contribute to that growth through your involvement in interviewing, hiring, and retaining employees.

You will stand out with:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales management or leadership
  • You are a coach – someone who loves being a people manager and helping Account Executives grow and thrive
  • Experience managing an SMB, high-volume sales team
  • Proven track record of building and expanding a sales team(first time closers) while driving revenue growth
  • Motivated with an exceptional ability to work in a team environment
  • Positivity is a MUST! You are solutions-oriented and not afraid of challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Excel, email/call automation platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, Yesware, etc.)

In 90 days you will:

Build strong relationships with each member of your team and assess their strengths and weaknesses to understand how to be a strong mentor and coach. You will focus on learning our product and process, gaining an understanding of what we sell and how we sell it. You will motivate your team to achieve and exceed their monthly revenue targets.
