Your role will be responsible for guiding clients through using our system, maintaining clients’ shipment details and processes to support clients’ business needs.

On a day-to-day basis you will drive Operation & Client Success:

  • Handle 200- 300 shipments, from A- Z
  • Ensure shipments is in compliance with Customs (AMS, ISF, and Customs entry is filed)
  • Track, trace, and update the status of shipments in Shippabo platform daily by checking the carrier's website
  • Create and maintain customers profiles in Shippabo with detailed customer information
  • Provide first-rate customer service as well as maniacal attention to shipping operational detail while being cost conscious and time sensitive at all time
  • Prioritize and execute tasks to orchestrate import cargo shipment movement 
  • Ensure Clients, Departments, and/or other required parties are kept fully informed of transport arrangements and status on a regular basis from departure to arrival of cargo
  • Identify and predictively weed out all "X-factors" that creates delay and discrepancies to maintain control and smooth shipping experience
  • Handle accounting processes; including price negotiations, on-time billing, zero demurrage mindset, rate calculations, price conversions, profit loss analysis
  • Achieve operation satisfaction and client objectives

    • Oversea Freight office + Steamship Line + Terminal Port + Custom Brokers+ Trucking Company
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
