As the Impact Partnerships Manager, you will be focused on building partnerships with mission-aligned non-profits and cause-based businesses. You will work closely with the Business Development team to develop and execute new strategies to further engage existing impact partners and develop new relationships to expand Aspiration's reach and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, build, and scale partnership programs and strategic impact-generating initiatives for Aspiration
  • Work with Aspiration's leadership team to explore, frame, and operationalize partnerships strategies
  • Support the strategic objectives and interest of Aspiration's core business teams, identify opportunities for partners to support performance improvement
  • Develop and leverage relationships with key executives at partners to understand their goals and grow Aspiration mindshare across all levels of the partnership
  • Develop project plans and timelines, and document project budgets
  • Structure and develop custom agreements and new templates for initiatives to formalize new relationships with new and existing partners

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of relevant experience working in developing strategic, results-focused partnerships at a fast-growth company
  • Experience driving revenue growth through partnerships with a wide range of non-profit and cause-based organizations and educational institutions
  • Ability to strategically develop and prioritize partnership targets based on factors such as potential revenue opportunity, mission/brand fit, and speed to market
  • Mission-aligned, strategic thinker, with the ability to identify segments and audiences that would be good partnership targets
